Services Provided

• Baseball training, skill development, and strength & conditioning programs.

• Services may be offered locally and nationwide.

Registration & Eligibility

• Accurate information must be provided during registration.

• For minors, parental or guardian consent is required.

Fees and Payments

• All fees must be paid in full unless otherwise agreed.

• Late payments may result in suspension of services.

Code of Conduct

• Participants and guardians must follow all staff instructions and rules.

• Misconduct may result in immediate removal from programs without refund.

Liability

• Participation in training programs carries inherent risks.

• The Lions Den Baseball Academy is not liable for injury, loss, or damages during training.

Program Changes

• We reserve the right to modify schedules, programs, and terms as needed.

Governing Law

• These terms are governed by the laws of our business location.

• Any disputes will be resolved under applicable state law.
